Published 1 year, 10 months ago in Shopping.there are many places to shop, because of the many shops..however, Retrostar is THE BEST. And why you may ask? It’s far away, but accessible, so I can’t get sick of it, can’t be too far away. It’s got lots of cool,vintage stuff, but all the shoes are really really small. If you have been there, you’ll know what I’m talking about, if not– it’s a must. Anyway, was slightly random..but yes.

Mmm, I’m pretty sure I read about this shop recently. Barry Humphries talked about places he loves about Melbourne and I reckon it was retrostar. Great pic with the story.
Where is it?
I love looking in these sort of shops. I love Anonymous Posh is Royal Arcade, tiny place and been there for years.

I’m a big fan of most of the shops in Chapel Street.. General Pants and Stevie. =D
But I don’t shop there often.. I earn about $150 a week with my part time job so I usually just shop at the local centre!
Hunter Gatherer, and Kinky Gerlinki are faves for me…Acland st and Richmond..cool

i’ve heard about retrostar from all my vintagey friends.. they say its really good and has nice Tees. i know where it is but havnt got round to chcking in out.. maybe i will, maybe i won’t
